Tony Pizzi
Tony Pizzi was born and grew up in Hancock, where he graduated from the Hancock Public Schools in 1971. He then attended Michigan Tech before ultimately receiving his degree in Accounting from Alma College in 1975. He returned to Hancock after college, became a Certified Public Accountant, and spent his career in public practice, and as a financial executive for several organizations. In addition to his work, he has been involved in a number of volunteer organizations throughout the years, including among others Lions Clubs, the Red Cross, local and statewide Republican Party organizations, and as a financial advisor for multiple Greek-letter student organizations at Michigan Tech. He currently divides his time between his home in the Keweenaw Peninsula and a seasonal residence in Detroit.
